Dear all teams, coaches, and team leaders,

On behalf of China ROBOTC, a Signature Event Partner of this first class international robootics competition, I'd like to invite teams in your region to participate in the 2026-2027 VEX Robotics iSTEMn Signature Event Championship.

China ROBOTC Academy is a VEX Robotics partner who host VEX Robotics iSTEMn（formerly VEX Aisa Open） and VEX hardware distribution in China since 2015. In addition, we also partner with Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy and Intel Corporation to deliver robotics curriculum, AI solutions and certification programs to educational sector of China.

The Event will be grandly held at YaoHu International Exhibition Center from December 17 to 20, 2026. It will gather VEX teams from all over the world, covering VEX GO, VEX AIM, VEX IQ, VEX V5, VEX U and VEX AI divisions.

Special Arrangements for International Teams

To qualify for the following offers, your team must book accommodation and transfer services through our official channels. These benefits are available only to teams that arrange their stay and travel with us.

1. Early Bird Registration Rebate

To encourage early commitment, the first team from each country or region (outside China) that completes registration and full payment by December 3, 2026 (subject to availability) will receive a credit on their registration fee:

· Only the first fully paid team from each country/region qualifies. Subsequent teams pay the full standard fee.

· The credit may be used exclusively for event-related fees (e.g., registration, on-site add-ons) and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. Accommodation – Preferential Rates with Free Park Entry

We have secured a limited number of rooms at several nearby properties (hotels and dormitories) at discounted group rates. All packages include complimentary park entry (normally $10/person/day) – no additional gate fee.

Special rates apply to packages A–F. Inventory is limited, so we encourage early booking.

If you choose to arrange your own accommodation outside the park, a daily entry fee of $10 per person will be charged at the gate. To avoid queues, we strongly recommend purchasing an entry pass in advance. This fee is waived for all teams booking Packages A–F.

3. Airport & Railway Station Transfers – Group Shuttle Service

We offer dedicated group pick‑up and drop‑off from four major airports at discounted group rates, as well as complimentary transfers to and from Yixing Railway Station (the nearest high-speed rail station). For groups of 10 or more participants, one‑way airport transfer rates are as follows:

Transfers to/from Yixing Railway Station are provided at no extra charge for all teams booking our packages.

4. Cultural Exchange Activities (Free for All Participating Teams)

International teams are invited to enjoy a variety of complimentary cultural experiences, with all transportation included. Activities available (subject to advance booking):

· Guided local tour – sightseeing with transport provided (notify us at least 7 days in advance).

· Calligraphy and ink painting workshops

· Purple clay pottery crafting sessions

· Tai Chi and Baduanjin wellness classes

· Free health check‑ups and modern wellness consultations

All activities are free of charge, but spots are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. To reserve your participation, please email our team at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Confirmation is subject to availability.

5. Eligibility and General Terms

· All benefits described above are conditional upon booking your accommodation and transfer services exclusively through our official reservation system. Teams that arrange their own stays outside our packages will not be eligible for any of the complimentary perks.

· Eligibility is determined by the country or region of the team's official registration.

· These benefits are non-transferable – they may not be assigned to other teams or individuals, nor exchanged for cash or alternative services.

· As these benefits are provided free of charge, the organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any part of the offer in the event of force majeure, operational constraints, or other reasonable circumstances. Advance notice will be given whenever possible.

5. Name Change: Registered Name changes can be made before the event at no cost. No change allow once the event start.

6. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 15 working days after December 20 to process any refund.        

7. Currency: All payments are to be made in US Dollars.
